Change4Life
Change4Life is a national campaign that aims to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent people becoming overweight by encouraging them to eat better and move more. Primary sports clubs have been created to increase physical activity levels in less active seven to nine-year-olds through multi-sport themes. This can enhance your PSHE Education curriculum.

Sky Try

Sky Try is a national programme where Rugby League sessions are delivered in Primary and Secondary Schools across the Humber Region.

Animalates

A physical activity programme delivered in Primary schools and community groups, which combines Pilates movements with very basic rugby skills.

Dance Academy

The Dance Academy focuses on developing key fundamental movement skills such as agility, balance, coordination, flexibility and core strength. We do this through fun, no pressure dance classes. Our classes aim to enhance performance skills and boost confidence whilst helping young people to stay fit and healthy. We work on different dance styles including Jazz, Pop, Street Dance, Commercial, Contemporary and we also have classes specialising in ballet and musical theatre.

Arts Award

Accredited and unique qualifications that support children and young people to grow as dance artists and dance leaders; including participating and creating dance.

Food for Thought (Hull Kingston Rovers)

Physical fitness sessions that take place weekly, and nutrition sessions as and when required. Both take place at KCOM Craven Park. The physical activity sessions are delivered by qualified coaches in a circuit format.
