Well, my tips is what I am doing.
I am currently learning how to bake and challenging myself in fitness by doing push up and sit ups also doing self care like meditation and making homemade face masks.
The face mask I have been using is a oatmeal face mash which contains half a cup of hot water, three quarters cup of oatmeal, leave them to settle for 2 minutes.
Mix 2 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoon of plain yogurt and 1 egg white and I been looking at websites to do the face mask.
